Shipping Policy
Most of my jewelry is made to order. Orders typically ship within 1-2 weeks depending upon available pearls and required labor for each purchased item.
Unless otherwise indicated, all domestic orders will arrive within 5-7 days of shipment. All domestic shipments are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and will require a signature upon delivery if the contents are $500+
International orders ship USPS Priority Mail and are expected to arrive 6-10 business days of the date of shipment.
Custom & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Fabia Pearls is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Return & Repair Policy
For all returns and exchanges, please email [email protected]. I accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt on all unworn jewelry. All custom and sale pieces are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. You will be credited in full, minus all shipping charges. I do not pay for returns to be shipped back to Fabia Pearls. I reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All my materials are of natural origin and inherently never the same or perfect. Pearls and Gemstones in this price category can be expected to have inclusions and small imperfections. Colors will vary between pearls and stones, even of the same kind. Gemstones used will vary according to availability. Pearls will have small imperfections. Shells never look perfectly alike and will vary from piece to piece.
